I'm a Social Worker, and a high school track official. I know your daugther, Carmen, who's a pole vaulter for Hamilton West HS. Last night she told me that her mom is a jazz vocalist, she gave me your name and that's how I ended up writing this. I'm a music LOVER and I'm blessed to have many friends that are world class musicians(Stanley Clarke is an old high school freind and we talk at leat once a month. I'm going to purchase your CD. By the way, Carmen is a GREAT kid, very polite, and she's a VERY good athlete. If you're ever at a meet give me a holla. I'm the official who teases her about having ashy legs!!!:)

Hi Sue! I just got the invite for the Ella event - I'll be there. Not sure yet who else is coming - I may fly solo. I'm really looking forward to hearing you sing live again. My wife & I frequently attend the Trenton2nite monthly shows. When I saw the Sept. 2007 flyer and saw the listing for your performance. I looked up your website & listened to your song samples - Wow, Incredible! What ever it is girl, you've got it!
I emailed your website address to my wife. Now wy wife had a biospy of her neck the the day before your performance and was in some pain so I "lowkeyed" the whole thing, saying in my email, 'Ladies Choice", Trneton2Nite, a movie, or just stay home. Well, my cell phone rang & my wife said we just HAD to see you! And you know what? Your performance & charisma was so much more than we ever could have expected. During your performance my wife's neck actually felt BETTER! Thank you so very much!

Your performance last Friday at Women in Jazz knocked me out. Your presence on stage was mesmerizing. I enjoy your CD, but it does not capture the way you enchanted the entire audience.

Just a shout out to you. I'm a friend of L.G. In fact, the three of us went to PS 30 together, although I don't remember either of you. (I didn't meet L.G. until we were in SUNY-Binghamton together, where I learned that we had attended I.S. 72. around the same time).
Anyway, your music is simply great! I had the privilege of working with Maxine Sullivan years ago (1977, 1978). I used to sing as well, and I appreciate pure vocalists, like you.
I'll see if I can buy some CDs a few weeks from now.
